For Black parents, there are so many talks that concern our kids' racial and other cultural identities in this world. But, have you had the talk about talking? If so, what did you say?

I was asked to write about codeswitching for Black kids in the schools. The topic is very controversial and to be honest, like most things that concern the human experience, there's a lot of gray.
